Dear Parents/Guardians,
If you are planning to volunteer in the district, you will need to complete the following steps:
• Complete a criminal background check by the SAU\have fingerprints taken
• Have your name approved by the Shaker Regional School Board
If you have already been fingerprinted, you will need to complete the
Volunteer Affidavit
annually to certify that your criminal record has not changed in addition to being approved by the Shaker Regional School Board. Please submit only one affidavit per volunteer. Hard copies are available at the school’s main office or on the District website at
https://www.sau80.org/community/volunteer_information
Please contact Laurie Cowan at 603-267-9223 x5304 to set up an appointment to be fingerprinted at the SAU. Appointments will take about 15 minutes and can be set at your convenience. Please note that you will need to bring a photo ID to your appointment.
Sincerely,
Kim Haley
